100g sugar 100g butter 1 pack vanilla sugar 150g flour 1 tsp baking soda 4 tbs milk 50g chopped walnuts 50g chopped dark chocolate Dekoration: 200g icing chocolate |

Cream the butter, sugar and Vanilla sugar. Sift the flour and baking soda gradually into the mixture and add the milk. Mix the dough with the the chocolate and walnuts. Use a tull to put the dough onto a lined baking tray. Bake for 10 minutes at 180 degrees C. Melt the icing chocolate in a double boiler and dip the cookies into the chocolate. Allow 30 minutes to cool. |
