125 g butter
peel of 1/4 of a lemon
1/8 tsp.grounded nutmeg
a pinch of cinnamon and cloves
125 g flour
125 g grated hazelnuts
125 g bread crumbs
1 egg yolk
45 peeled almonds halves

Beat the butter with the sugar, egg, lemon peel, nutmeg, cinnamon and cloves.
Add the flour, hazelnuts and the bread crumbs and beat quickly to a tight dough. Let the dough cool in the fridge for two hours.
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Roll the dough 1/2cm thick and cut small arches 2 1/2 cm wide and 6cm long. Put these on a lined
baking tray and cover with the egg yolk. Put half an almond on each. Bake for about 10min.
