  2 egg white
125g ground almond
125g ground hazelnut
24g sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Beat the egg whites with the sugar. Put four tbs. aside. Mix the remaning egg whites with the almonds, hazelnuts and the cinnamon. Knead until smooth, wrap it in cellophane and place it in the fridge for about an hour. Preheat the oven to 175°C.
Roll out the dough about 3mm thick between two layers of cellophane. Slice the dough into little (3x1.5 cm) rectangles and place them on a lined baking tray. Cover them with a little of the glaze and bake for about 10 min.
