Ingredients: Knead dough Snowflakes

  250g butter
100g icing sugar
pinch of salt
1 pack vanilla sugar
200g corn starch
130g flour

Cream the butter, icing sugar, salt and vanilla sugar until the sugar is fully dissolved. Sift in both the corn starch and flour and knead until you have a smooth dough. Form 2 cm thick rolls and let them chill in the fridge for two hours. Slice the rolls 1 cm thick in pieces and press them with a fork so that you get a snowflake pattern. Place them on a lined baking tray. Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake for 10-15 min. The cookies should not be too dark.
