  500g marzipan
250g sugar
2 Egg white
Lemon zest from one lemon
1/2 flask bitter almond flavour
ca. 150g shaved almond slices
ca. 100g icing chocolate

Knead marzipan, sugar, egg whites, lemon zest and the almond flavour. As the dough is very sticky powder your hands in icing sugar and then form little rolls. Roll them in the almond flakes and form crescents. Back for 10-15 minutes at 180°C. Let the cookies cool for about 30 minutes.

Melt the icing chocolate and dip the cookies in the melted chocolate so that half the cookie is coverd with chocolate.
