  250g Margarine
100g Icing Sugar
1 pack Vanillia Sugar
250g Corn Flour
75g Flour
30g Cocoa
1Tl Cardamom
1Tl Cinnamon
75g whole hazlenuts

Mix all ingredients in the order above and knead well. Make rolls 2cm in diameter out of the dough, wrap them in cellophane, and place them in the fridge for 20-30 minutes.

Slice the rolls into thin pieces, place a hazelnut in the middle and form a ball. Place the cookies on a lined backing tray and back for 15-20 minutes at 175 °C.

Remove the cookies carefully from the tray and let cool. Cover one side with chocolate and let dry.
